The webcam is located in Pertisau at Lake Achen, Austria, on the grounds of the Hotel Fürstenhaus am Achensee directly at the pier of the Achensee navigation, at about 950m above sea level.
The direction of the camera goes south. In the foreground, the Lake Achensee, with a depth of up to 133 m, is the largest lake in Tyrol, on the right side of the pier of the Lake Achensee navigation. Behind the view goes towards Zillertal, on the left side of the picture is the town Maurach. The webcam image is updated every 10 minutes, all images are saved and can be retrieved at any time.
